Why design?

I like to do useful things. The designer rarely secures a task in which making use of his knowledge may attain results that are useful in truth. Gaining an advertisement tender is a big feat no dubt, profit makes the firm manager happy too, but to see a satisfied user is the largest available aim.

I like to do useless things. It lightened up during several design projects, that the socially also sensitive designer may reveal values like that apart from the actual solution of the ordered task, and about what the frameworks of the order do not go into detail, but the real user may be influenced by. In this manner can things seeming useless become valuable content.
